We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Mobile Personal Trainer to provide personalized fitness coaching directly to clients in various locations. Responsibilities
Deliver 1-on-1 and small-group training sessions at client locations
Design and coach individualized fitness programs
Maintain clear communication, punctuality, and professionalism
Track client progress and provide guidance on fitness and recovery
Represent the Kickstart Performance brand with integrity
Design and implement personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals, fitness levels, and health conditions.
Requirements
Nationally accredited certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
CPR/AED certification
Liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients
Eligibility to work as an independent contractor in California
Compensation and Perks
50% of all 1-hour session revenue
Paid bi-weekly
