Job Description
• Deployment and Configuration: Implementing and configuring MobileIron and Intune solutions to manage and secure mobile devices within an organization, This involves setting up policies, profiles, and configurations based on the organization's requirements.
• Device Provisioning: Assisting with the provisioning and onboarding of iOS and Android devices to the MDM platform, This includes enrolling devices, managing device inventory, and ensuring proper device registration and activation.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Investigating and resolving technical issues related to mobile devices and the MDM platform, This includes diagnosing connectivity problems, application installation failures, synchronization issues, and device compliance violations.
• Security and Compliance: Implementing and enforcing security measures and compliance policies to protect sensitive data on mobile devices, This involves configuring security settings, enforcing encryption, managing device passcodes, and monitoring for policy violations.
• Application Management: Managing mobile applications on devices by deploying, updating, and removing applications through the MDM platform, This includes troubleshooting app installation issues, ensuring app compatibility, and providing guidance on app usage and best practices.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate documentation of MDM configurations, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Generating reports on device inventory, compliance status, and security vulnerabilities for management and audit purposes.
• User Support and Training: Providing technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing MDM-related issues, This includes responding to user inquiries, guiding them through device enrollment and configuration processes, and conducting training sessions to educate users on MDM functionality and best practices.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as IT administrators, network engineers, and security teams, to ensure effective integration of MDM solutions with existing systems, Sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues to enhance the overall understanding and capability of MDM technologies.
Knowledge and proficiency in the following technologies:
• 2 years Mobileiron, Airwatch, Intune (any one)
• Basic understanding of DNS and Network
• Service Now and ITIL basic concepts
• O365, Exchange and Microsoft Teams(Good to have)
• Microsoft Azure(Good to have)
• Skype for Business (Good to have)
• Microsoft SharePoint Online (Good to have)
• Zimperium (nice to have) admin level
