Job Description
You will work directly with the broker and play a key role in placing deals with the most suitable lender.
Key Responsibilities
Assess client scenarios and borrowing capacity
Identify suitable lenders based on policy and servicing
Prepare and submit loan applications
Package deals and organise supporting documents
Submit pricing / repricing requests
Liaise with lenders and track applications
Assist with deal structuring and lender selection
Required Experience (Essential)
Minimum 2+ years experience in Australian mortgage broking
Strong experience with Broker Engine
Strong experience with Flex / aggregator CRM
Experience using ApplyOnline
Experience using Quickli
Experience using Property Hub
Strong knowledge of Australian lender servicing calculators
Experience preparing and submitting loan applications
Strong understanding of Australian lending policies and lender appetite
Ideal Candidate
Highly detail oriented and efficient
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $65,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
