Position: Human Resource Executive
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing events, workshops, and recognition programs.
• HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling employee queries.
• Training and Development: Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process, providing support to managers and employees in setting goals and evaluating performance.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances and issues, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on HR activities, employee performance, and other HR metrics for senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Previous experience in HR is advantageous, but recent graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
• Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address employee issues and implement effective solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office and HR software.
• Confidentiality: High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
