1️⃣ Field Marketing / Property Visit Executive
The Role: Show premium flats to clients, coordinate site visits, and support property onboarding.
Earnings: ₹10,000 – ₹22,000 (Fixed) + Incentives per visit.
Best for: People with great communication skills who enjoy being on the move.
2️⃣ Property Sourcing / Field Agent (Broker-Style)
The Role: Identify premium vacant properties (flats/villas), connect with owners/builders, and list them on our platform.
Earnings: High Commission (₹1,500 – ₹15,000 per property) No Earning Cap.
Best for: Existing brokers, freelancers, or anyone with a strong Jaipur real estate network.
3️⃣ Photo & Video Collector (On-Site)
The Role: Visit properties to capture high-quality mobile photos and "lifestyle" reels for our digital listings.
Earnings: ₹100 – ₹400 per property (Paid on a daily basis).
Best for: Content creators or anyone with a modern smartphone and an eye for framing.
4️⃣ Marketing & Promotion Executive
The Role: Execute offline campaigns, visit premium housing societies, and coordinate with builders for brand awareness.
Earnings: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 (Fixed) + Performance Bonuses.
Best for: Outgoing personalities with a sales-oriented mindset.
General Requirements
Location: Must be based in Jaipur.
Conveyance: Own two-wheeler and a valid license are preferred for field roles.
