Our work in music royalties is well established, and we are proud to support some of the industry's most high-profile artists, rights owners and their representatives.
Our growing team is made up of experienced auditors who thrive on uncovering value, interpreting complex data, and helping clients better understand and enforce their royalty rights.

We are seeking a Music Royalty Auditor with direct and demonstrable experience auditing royalty statements and reporting within the music industry. This role is focused on projects involving recorded music, publishing and neighbouring rights, where you will be responsible for identifying underreporting, missed payments and financial discrepancies.
In this role you will also have the chance to work across a variety of royalty audits in other sectors such as television, sport, brand licensing and fashion. The mix of work is broad and continually evolving, and the successful candidate will gain insight into multiple commercial models while applying their music royalty audit expertise.
You will also be encouraged to take part in business development activity, whether that’s following up on new leads, dealing with incoming opportunities, or helping build relationships with artist managers, law firms, labels and publishers. While the technical work is central, we welcome applicants who are commercially minded and interested in growing their professional network.

Communicate audit conclusions clearly to clients including legal, finance and management teams
Contribute to the wider forensic team by supporting audits across other IP-based sectors
Maintain awareness of developments in UK royalty reporting standards and digital licensing trends
Support and participate in business development discussions and follow-up

Familiarity with recording and publishing contracts and an understanding of how they drive royalty flows
Strong analytical and data-handling skills including advanced use of Excel
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Experience working independently on multiple projects with tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail and a forensic mindset
ACA, ACCA or equivalent preferred but not essential if experience is substantial
Genuine interest in music industry business models and the commercial protection of rights
Proactive mindset toward building relationships and following up on potential new work
