About the job
We are a finance company based in Ahmedabad and we are into mutual funds and wealth management services.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working on purchase/redemption/switch order processing on the NSE NMF platform, an in-house system, and its billing in the mutual fund back office system
2. Requesting daily transaction feed data from RTA's and uploading in the back office and its reconciliation
3. Coordinating with RTA/AMC & Exchange for smooth function of day-to-day activities
4. Coordinating with other teammates and coordinating about their client's order status
5. Resolving client complaints daily within TAT
6. Working on the modification in clients' Folio/KYC status
7. Handling timely responses to the customer service team for customer queries about mutual fund processing.
