Mutual Funds Operations Executive
Key Responsibilities :
1. Handle day-to-day mutual fund transactions including purchase, redemption, and switching requests.
2. Process investor applications, KYC verification, and account opening.
3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reconciliation.
4. Provide excellent customer service to investors through various channels (phone, email, etc.).
5. Address investor inquiries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
6. Assist with investor education and communication.
7. Prepare and analyze operational reports and metrics.
8. Identify trends and areas for process improvement.
+. Generate MIS reports for management.
10. Utilize mutual fund software and systems effectively.
Work Experience
2 years of work ex in a Wealth Management or an Asset Management company
