Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve and adjust store performance targets based on market performance goals.
• Manage loss by developing and adjusting the store's goods loss rate target in accordance with established control targets.
• Coordinate new store openings, making reasonable arrangements for construction-related work.

Requirements:
• At least two years of management experience, including market development experience.
