Job Responsibilities
Drive P&L for the function and monitor sales-related metrics
Formulate strategies for the development of existing business and expansion to new territories for GT as well as MT.
Streamline backend processes including ensuring data visibility and transparency.
To work closely with the Marketing team for Marketing initiatives as well as new product launch plans
To work closely with SCM on demand forecasting/ planning as well as stock movement at C&F.
Drive execution to the last mile for all new/ existing initiatives
To share detailed plans, motivate & direct the Sales team to establish coverage, distribution, and display objectives to meet sales targets.
To work on minimizing stock expiry
Ensure Commercial Hygiene - Regularly have a review with the Sales accounting team (Finance) for profitability and working capital including debtors
To provide direction & support to the Institutional sales team in the generation of new Leads in Corporates, Airlines and increase reach in the Horeca channel.
To drive the expansion of CSD sales
To ensure interaction with Channel partners, Distributors, and Consignees on regular intervals and identify area of improvement and discuss business growth
To closely monitor the primary, secondary & tertiary sales and identify improvement areas.
To effectively manage the team including Managers, ASM's and executives
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or MBA
Work Experience
15 - 18 years of experience with at least 3-5 years experience at leadership position in a national role.
FMCG experience will be preferred.
Should have worked for PAN India not limited to only specific region.

Self-motivated and Result oriented individual used to work as a part of a team, willing to put in long-term commitment & grow with the organization.
