COMPENSATION:
$110,000 to $120,000*

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
At its core, this role is about making sure the service side of the business runs the way it should, every day, across the country.
That includes:
Leading regional service leaders and helping them perform at a high level
Working closely with external service partners and ensuring they meet expectations
Improving service delivery, from response times to first-time fixes
Ensuring parts are available when needed without unnecessary complexity
Supporting key accounts and maintaining strong service relationships
Using reporting and data to identify what’s working and where to improve
Collaborating with global teams on broader initiatives when required
You will be the person responsible for making sure the customer experience holds up long after the product is installed.
EXPERIENCE:
You have led service or technical teams, ideally across multiple regions
You understand equipment-based environments, whether in foodservice, manufacturing, or similar industries
You have experience working with both internal teams and external partners
You are comfortable managing budgets and understanding the financial side of operations
You have improved processes before and can point to tangible results
QUALIFICATIONS:
Technical background or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving ability
A proactive mindset, you look for improvements rather than waiting for issues
Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
Clear and confident communication style
Comfortable balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution
Experience in diverse or international environments is an asset
