Roles and Responsibilities:
• To take the consultant role within the application delivery team for Dynamics NAV (including 3rd party applications). Reporting to the NAV Business Unit Director.
• Should have a strong functional expertise for Microsoft Dynamics NAV\Business Central.
• Be a team player working closely with other members of service delivery, i.e. Managed Services and other NAV consultants and Developers.
• Should have expertise in managing end to end implementation and upgrade projects.
• Keen to work on Dynamics NAV D365 Business Central projects and interested in meeting the onsite client Globally.
• Strong experiences in analysis and go live phase.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consulting – covering all aspects; including presales and supporting the sales team, product, analysis, implementation, and training of end users utilizing primarily Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central.
• Business and process analysis
• Documenting ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents.
• Liaising with developers and clients – act as a point of communication & Quality Assurance.
