Location - Sitapura, Jaipur Working Days - 6 CTC - Upto 37K/ month Job Responsibilities- 1.Purchase order creation, performa invoice validation and final delivery to accounts team for further processing. 2. Costing & sourcing of overall production related consumables (both local & import) 3. Overall coordination for vendor related activities (like new vendor development, following up with Accounts team for payments, details updating in vendor master) 4. Assuring quality (pre and post production) , on time delivery & best pricing of the product 5.Localisation , VA/VE idea application & volume benefiting price ideas. 6. Overall coordination related to any cashflow (production or non-production). 7. Coordination with cross functional departments like Production, Accounts etc for resolving issues and overall efficient performance. 8. Working on the consumption and accordingly raising the PR and arranging material to close the loop. +. Maintaining the store inventory and store activities coordination. 10. Actual validation of the PR based on real time need analysis. Qualifications and Skills- Education : BTech degree Experience : 3–6 years in procurement, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings. Technical Skills : Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office (Excel), and inventory management. Soft Skills : Strong negotiation, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
