About Our Team - Enterprise & Cloud Applications
The Enterprise & Cloud Applications team consists of both functional and technical experts specializing in NetSuite, OneStream, SAP, and Salesforce. We address the complexities involved in implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud technologies. Our services range from deploying a new cloud solution to enhancing and extending existing environments, ensuring organizations maximize their technology investments through System Implementations, Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.
Your Contribution
• Lead NetSuite projects encompassing fresh implementations, enhancements, integrations, support, and special initiatives.
• Play a pivotal role as both a leader and solution architect within the NetSuite Practice, guiding project teams, contributing your expertise, and acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Design and implement innovative business solutions that help refine the firm's methodologies and strategies.
• Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Create and present technical concepts, project timelines, delivery strategies, and results to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with clients and team members on revenue recognition solutions.
• Monitor team progress to ensure alignment with professional standards and work plans.
• Educate team members and clients on NetSuite best practices.
• Actively engage in professional development activities and contribute to the training of staff.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of direct experience with NetSuite implementations, upgrades, and support.
• Strong background in design and configuration of NetSuite solutions.
• Full, life-cycle implementation experience including Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, OpenAir, and Professional Services Automation.
• 8+ years of consulting experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2 firms.
• Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and integrations, along with reporting abilities.
• Experience with data conversions, integrations, reporting, and customizations for NetSuite applications.
• Capability to lead workshops for requirement gathering, documentation, and process recommendations.
• Familiarity with ASC-606 revenue recognition guidelines.
• Strong business acumen and experience in accounting, finance, or operations.
• Aptitude for identifying functional and technical gaps in designs.
• Ability to articulate business benefits and associated costs.
• Experience in developing detailed project activity plans aligned with application responsibilities.
• Expertise in training and supporting end-users on NetSuite.
• Knowledge of testing protocols for validating NetSuite application setups, including creating test plans and scenarios.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and cultivate teams that exceed client expectations.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Certifications in NetSuite SuiteFoundation, NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant, Multi-book, Advanced Revenue Management, or OpenAir.
• Experience managing technical development, coordinating between technical teams and user communities, is highly desirable.
• CPA, PMP, or MBA credentials.
Compensation for this role, along with others at Highspring, considers various factors including individual skills, experience, training, certifications, and geographic location, as well as organizational needs. For locations requiring salary range disclosures, the estimated base compensation for this position is $129,546 - $239,796 USD. Eligible individuals may also qualify for bonuses and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.
