What is the job like ?
• Works independently in troubleshooting and providing technical and developer support for products/solutions via email, chat, etc in 24*7 environments.
• Typically interact with systems administration teams at client locations or the monitoring
• Troubleshoots and maintains the WAN network consisting of multiple MPLS links, WAN links from different service providers connecting to ISPs and clients.
• Ensure all incidents are responded to within SLA to ensure SLA compliance and provide up time for Zeta and Zeta's clients.
• Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of routers and switches (primarily Cisco devices), Firewalls devices including Sonicwall, Juniper SRX and Palo AltoDesign, implement and manage the LAN, MPLS WAN setup for Zeta with its partners and Data centers.
• Ensure all networks of Zeta and its connections with the partners are always available and secure.
• Ensure all network design documentation are updated in the systems.
• Setup manage and maintain Wireless networks for office using Aruba Wireless products.
• Manage a large LAN deployment with more than 2000 end points.

Who should apply for this role
• Candidates must have a Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 4 to 6 years of work experience and a certification in JNCIA, CCNA, CCNP .
• Worked in either enterprise or data center environments.
• Fundamental understanding of Windows and Linux networking stack.
• with circuit troubleshooting and working with ISP.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Firewalls and VPNs.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Routing, BGP, OSPF.
• Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Switching VLANs, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, QoS.
• Good to have exposure to open source network monitoring tools (Nfsen ,Nagios,cacti)
• Open to work in rotational shifts 24*7*365 days
