About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal customers, driving initiatives for industrialization and efficiency improvements, establishing tools and procedures to monitor field operations performance, ensuring reliability and robustness of cable systems, and setting up configurations for number of fibre pairs in the cable, capacity, landing stations, and managing complete capacity distribution and traffic activation on the cable system.
Main Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to internal customers during project implementation and delivery.
• Drive initiatives for industrialization and efficiency improvements in facilities.
• Establish tools and procedures to monitor field operations performance.
• Ensure reliability and robustness of cable systems.
• Set up configurations for number of fibre pairs in the cable, capacity, landing stations, and manage complete capacity distribution and traffic activation on the cable system.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
