NEW IN - Commercial Real Estate Attorney (Transactional) | Chicago | Hybrid | Up to $270,000
Seeking a Mid-level Commercial Real Estate Attorney to join a premier Real Estate Group, consistently recognized by Chambers USA as one of the top real estate practices in the nation.
This is a boutique-firm environment where attorneys get more responsibility, greater client contact, and a leading role on matters earlier than in traditional Big Law—while still handling complex, high-end transactions for iconic clients.

Hybrid Schedule

Compensation
• Up to $270,000 base
• Target 1850 hours
Requirements (strict screening criteria)
• 4–7 years commercial real estate transactional experience (large firm or strong boutique)
• T15 law school
• GPA 3.5+
