Job Description
Network with flavour houses, ingredient houses, equipment manufacturers, markets, etc to identify new opportunities , understand competitor products, new technologies etcDevelop proper records documenting each trial, its outcome and next development. All records are maintained very systematically, all recipes at one place with strict confidentiality. Record should be very handy for designated senior managers for easy recovery.
Qualification
M.Tech/B.Tech/M. Sc in the discipline of Food Tech/Food Sciences from Premier Institute like UDCT, CFTRI with 2-3 years of experience in product development. Experience in confectionary / chocolate products would be key advantage.

Ø Strong Food Science & food Processing Base (Knowledge on confectionary/bakery will be an advantage)
Ø Knowledge on Ingredients /Flavour/Additives
Ø Financial aspects of product
Ø Orientation to regulatory
Ø Orientation to pkg films.
