We are urgently looking for New Product Developer (NPD). For a Jewelry Manufacturing Company.
Job location: - Jaipur (Rajasthan)
Office work
Job Type: Full-time
Job description/responsibilities:
1. Sales data analysis s per design/ price/style.
2. Regular meeting & taking feedback from sales team & MIS.
3. Analyzing inventory/ stock in hand & plan design brief as per the gaps.
4. Appraise/ make briefs/monitor Designer output on daily basis as per requirement.
5. Coordinate & give briefs to CAD department as per the requirement of design.
6. Monitor & instruct piroyi team. Visit regular stock department & advice.
7. Change in Piroyi & track less moving stock. Advice stock for melting.
8. Research trends of the industry.
Qualification Graduation and post-graduation in any field.
Background ; Jewelry Designing Background , Domestics (Polki / Diamond) jewelry experience
Skills required
1. Good communication skills.
2. English proficiency (written, verbal)
3. Problem solving skills
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 3-5 YEARS
Who can apply
