Job Description
Development of new products for customers as per their technical specifications & Timelines
• Experience in Design & Development of Electro-Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic products
• Experience in design & development of Solenoids, Relays, Switches, Sensors, etc.,
• Selection of Electronic components in discussion with component manufactures to meet customer specific requirements
• Communicate with customer as a single point contact from product concept to launch.
• Conduct internal Cross Functional Team(CFT) meetings regularly
• Communicate with suppliers to develop new parts & new tooling's (Including commercials)
• Plan and execute various development activities to meet customers timelines
• Prepare all the required APQP / PPAP documents related to new products
• Handle ECN changes for existing products
• Hand over the new projects with required documents to operations team after customer approval for mass production
• Handle all product related issues with customers in Coordination with internal team
