Job Responsibilities
As a Confidential Investigations Professional, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the City's procurement process. Your primary duties will include:
Conducting thorough investigations of vendors, affiliates, and principals
Utilizing DOI's internal database(s) to assign vendor name checks and conduct research
Determining if adverse information needs to be reported and drafting memorandums of findings
Tracking and submitting data using computer systems
In addition, you will be fingerprinted and undergo a background investigation, which will include a review of your consumer credit history, as permitted by NYC Administrative Code 8-107(24)(b)(2)(A).
