Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified New York Civil Defense Lawyer to join our team at Stealth. As a New York Civil Defense Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal analysis and developing case strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses with precision and attention to detail.
Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations as required.
Deliver exceptional client service and maintain high productivity and communication in a fully remote environment.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
Strong knowledge of New York civil procedure and insurance defense practices.
Exceptional legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
Admission to the New York State Bar is required; admission to additional states is a plus.
The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high productivity and communication.
