Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Litigation Professional to join our team. As a key member of our litigation practice, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of corporate litigation matters, including:
Fact investigation and research
Taking and defending depositions
Drafting legal opinions and motions
Conducting discovery
Trial preparation
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of litigation experience and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, research and writing, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
