Job Description
We are seeking talented and creative Fashion Designers from NIFT who are eager to bring fresh ideas and energy into our design process. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing collections, working closely with the merchandising and production teams, and staying ahead of current fashion trends.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop new fashion collections in line with brand aesthetics and market trends
Create detailed tech packs, sketches, and design specifications
Source fabrics and trims; collaborate with vendors and suppliers
Oversee the sample development process
Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure designs are executed perfectly
Research emerging trends, colors, fabrics, and techniques
Participate in fashion shoots, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed

Requirements
Graduate/Postgraduate in Fashion Design from NIFT (Mandatory)
0–3 years of relevant work experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
Strong aesthetic sense, sketching skills, and understanding of garment construction
Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Excellent communication and time management skills
