Key responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the property with supervising housekeeping – quality check, administration, Staff and guest interaction.
• Know your guests by name & Create a friendly and homely environment for them.
• Know your city, its cafés, bars, and restaurants, its art, its music - Give personalized recommendations to each guest to ensure a unique experience.
• OWN GUEST COMPLAINTS AND RESOLVE THEM YOURSELF- Handle escalated complaints
• Complete the guest data, managing late night guest requests
• Strive to generate the perfect feedback score with a personalized approach to every guest needs & experiences.
• Social Media management and posting activities and pictures of guests and their feedback.
• Content Management on Google my Business, Social Media, Website, OTAs (booking.com, Airbnb, agoda , Hosteworld.com etc. )
• You will be responsible for everything amazing that we achieve and each negative review & guest feedback. Lead by example to make sure your subordinates join you in delivering an unforgettable guest experience.
• Publish personalized responses to reviews and guest feedback, also take relevant actions with reporting on negative feedback.
Qualifications and Skills

• To be successful in the role, you need:
• Passion for hospitality and the youth travel market
• Fluency in English writing & speaking
• Flexible in regards to timing.
• Yearning to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Extrovert personality
• Responsible and should take initiative
• Willing to work the Night Shift
• Accounting Background (Preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
