Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats efficiently.
• Provide accurate product or service information to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with customers.
• Document customer interactions and escalate issues to relevant departments when needed.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals, including response time and quality metrics.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues or guide customers through solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company policies.
• Requirements:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor degree is a plus.
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Working Hours:
• Shift Timing: 8 PM 4 AM
• Days: Rotational shifts (including weekends and holidays)
• Part-Time: Flexible working hours ranging between 20 to 30 hours per week
