What You’ll Own
End-to-end supply chain leadership across our North Island Operations
Execution of regional growth, profit, and customer service strategies
KPI-driven performance management and cost optimisation
Building a culture of safety, excellence, and engagement across all teams
Championing innovation, continuous improvement, and scalable processes
What You Bring
10+ years’ leadership in logistics/supply chain operations
Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams across complex environments
Strong commercial acumen and cost control expertise
Strategic mindset paired with hands-on operational execution
Confident communicator, safety champion, and values-driven leader
