You will be responsible for managing the Northland Government Services operations, achieving operational and service excellence aligned to client expectations.
About Our Expectations
We expect our ideal candidate to have:
Registered Valuer (NZIV)
Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
2 years of junior leadership experience
Extensive Industry experience
Membership of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) and/or the Royal Institute Chartered Surveyors (R.I.C.S)
Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
Ability to work in and contribute to a harmonious team environment
