Qualifications
The ideal NPI Engineer must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA
10+ years of experience in NPI, product development or manufacturing engineering, specifically within the semiconductor industry
Has experience working with mechanical, thermal, signal integrity, and hardware engineers
Proficient understanding with CAD software’s (SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
Proficient knowledge in engineering analysis tools (FEA, CFD)
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S Government Secret Clearance
Benefits
Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually

Piper Companies is seeking a senior NPI Engineer with strong experience with leading multiple teams simultaneously to ensure successful introduction of new products. The ideal NPI Engineer must be willing to work onsite 5 days a week in Saratoga, CA.
