Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive and evidence-based nursing care to patients using a problem-oriented approach
Act as an advocate for patients, consumers, and other members of the health care team to achieve health goals
Coordinate team activities, supervise, and act as a resource for nursing staff in the assessment of patients and development of care plans
Requirements
Registration as a Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia is required
Preferably 3 or more years of experience as a Registered Mental Health Nurse; applicants with differing work and lived experience may also be considered
Experience working with children and adolescents is also preferred
Demonstrated ability to supervise others and provide clinical knowledge to enable staff in delivering quality patient care
A keen interest to upskill your clinical and leadership skills
