The Northern Territory Government is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Clinical Specialist to join the Perioperative Services team at Alice Springs Hospital. This role will support and provide collaborative, appropriate, proficient, coordinated direct and indirect clinical care for complex client presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical care to patients undergoing surgery or other invasive procedures
Collaborate with nursing and midwifery staff to ensure high-quality patient care
Develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines to improve patient outcomes
Mentor and educate less experienced staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Salary Package: $140,786 - $151,125 (including salary $120,114 - $130,347
