Primary Skills include:
O365 Skills Microsoft Exchange 2010 Administration
Good knowledge in High Availability solutions
Handle message queues and email delivery related issues in exchange environments Public folder management Exchange Backup and mailbox recovery
Should have experience knowledge in Disaster Recovery situations
Exchange client configuration and troubleshooting Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 Blackberry Enterprise Server Administration.
Experience with Symantec Enterprise Vault
Should be good in trend analysis and periodic reporting
Working Knowledge of Active Directory.
Experience in Citrix SharePoint Administration is desirable If no prior experience then candidate should be interested to learn and work on these technologies .
Experience with powershell
Working knowledge of Windows 2003 and 2008
At least 4 years of relevant experience & Exchange certification is a plus.
Excellent Written and Verbal communication.
Excellent customer interaction and customer service skills.
Excellent problem determination capability
Excellent Team handling capacity Creativity and analytical ability.
Knowledge on ITIL framework Must have completed ITIL V3 Foundation certification : Incident, Change and Problem management.
Ability to handle stressful situations Ready to work in shifts and weekends.
