Job description
Job Title- LoadRunner Tester

Location- Remote/India
• 5-10 Years of Experience as a Performance Tester preferably working in Insurance and Financial Services.
• Design, develop, and execute performance test strategy, test plans and test cases.
• Utilize LoadRunner (Preferred tool) to conduct performance testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in developing and executing performance test scripts.
• Ability to analyze requirements, Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve performance issues.
• Generate detailed performance testing reports and insights.
• Continuously improve performance testing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure that performance testing aligns with project requirements and timelines.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Experience in Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
• Analytical and detail oriented. Should have experience in performing client facing roles.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Source CVs using job portals like Naukri, Monster.
• Proven work experience as an IT recruiter.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, Zoom).
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
