About the Role
We are a growing NDIS provider seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a contractor basis. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to build your own caseload while being supported by a friendly and experienced team.
New graduates are very welcome to apply – we provide training, supervision, and ongoing support to help you transition confidently into the NDIS space.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA)
* Deliver community, home, and telehealth-based OT services
* Develop and implement therapy programs aligned with NDIS goals
* Prepare high-quality reports for NDIS participants and plan reviews
* Collaborate with support coordinators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case notes
