The Role
Based in Mandurah
Working environments- community, office and from your own home
Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
Opportunity to supervise new grads if desired
Working closely with clients and their families to set and support achievable goals for them to live more independently at home, school and in the community
Assessments, home mods, sensory assessments and intervention, functional capacity assessments, equipment prescription etc.
Delivery of Occupational Therapy services predominantly for NDIS participants

Additional Benefits
Base salary starting from $+5, 000 - $105, 000 + super + benefits, with clear growth pathways within the company

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Full APHRA registration
Working With Children Check
National Police Check
Driver's license and own car
