We are looking for an optimistic, go-getter, and talented candidate to join our team in Mohali as an IT Recruiter!
This is a dynamic role for someone who has good communication as well as knowledge of IT Recruitment and wants to grow fast. Experience in IT recruitment and HR management is a big plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Familiar with the functions and recruitment standards of each post in various departments.
• Collect recruitment needs of each department on a monthly basis.
• Expand recruitment channels, publish recruitment information, screen candidate resumes, arrange and follow up interviews, and achieve recruitment targets.
• HR process operation: responsible for handling employee severance interviews and separation process work.
Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications
• Master degree in HR or related field.
• At least 1 year of IT Recruitment or HR. Freshers can also apply.
• Knowledge of computers, the internet, social media, and Ms. Office.
• Have strong communication, coordination, and promotion ability, with strong empathy and patience.
Work Remotely
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
