1. Requirements Analysis:
Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand
functional requirements.
Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for
improvement and automation using Odoo.
2. Development:
Design, develop, and customize Odoo applications and modules
based on business requirements.
Write efficient, reusable, and testable code.
Integrate and maintain third-party modules and extensions.
3. Database Management:
Manage and optimize the Odoo database.
Develop and maintain data migration scripts.
4. Integration:
Integrate Odoo with other systems and third-party applications as
needed.
Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between Odoo and
other business software.
5. Testing:
Conduct unit testing and integration testing of Odoo modules.
Identify and fix bugs and issues promptly.
6. Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed
modules and customizations.
Document code changes and version updates.
7. Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive
ERP solutions.
Work closely with project managers to meet project deadlines and
milestones.
8. Training and Support:
Provide training and support to end-users and other team
members.
Address and resolve issues reported by users in a timely manner.
9. Stay Updated:
Stay current with Odoo updates, new features, and best practices.Continuously enhance knowledge of ERP systems and related
technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
or related field.
Proven experience as an Odoo Developer or similar role.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
Proficiency in Python programming language.
Experience with the Odoo framework and customization.
Knowledge of database management, particularly PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and
JavaScript.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in Odoo development is a plus.

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
