Roles And Responsibilities
• Shall be responsible for monitoring of post and preconditions mentioned in the loan documents;
• Shall be responsible for documentation and compliance of NCDs;
• Advising management and functional teams on legal and regulatory issues that may arise in the course of their day-to-day functioning;
• Assisting in review and creation of legal documents, policies and procedures;
• Provide legal guidance to ensure that day-to-day operations align with legal requirements and best practices;
• Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
