Full job description
We are currently looking for Office Administration Executives whose major roles and responsibilities include Administrative and Clerical Support, Office Management, Communication and Coordination, Record Keeping and Data Management, answering phone calls, and greeting customers and guests.
Experience: 2+ years
Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Notice period: immediate
Working Days and Timings: Mon-Sat, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and Clerical Support: This includes tasks like managing files (both paper and digital), answering phones and emails, greeting visitors, and preparing documents.
Office Management: This involves tasks like managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring the office environment is conducive to work.
Communication and Coordination: They often handle internal and external communications, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Record Keeping and Data Management: This includes maintaining records, updating databases, and potentially handling basic bookkeeping tasks.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
