Job description
We are looking for a proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Wakkad, Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent command over MS Office applications, and the ability to handle day-to-day administrative operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily office administration tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
• Manage documentation, filing, record keeping, and data entry.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and visitors.
• Assist in organizing meetings, schedules, and office activities.
• Manage emails, inquiries, and follow-ups professionally.
• Support management with various administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in office administration or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office — especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work proactively.
• Problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
