NDIS knowledge highly regarded – admin background welcome
About Us:
At Elevated Psychology and Supports, we believe in person-centred care that truly empowers our clients. We offer a wide range of services including psychology, occupational therapy, behaviour support, and youth mentoring, and proudly support participants across NDIS, Medicare, and private systems.
The Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive NDIS Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is a key part of our operations and is ideal for someone with a strong administrative background who is either already familiar with the NDIS or excited to develop specialist knowledge in this area.
While this is an admin-based role, it involves a deeper level of responsibility in supporting the team, managing systems, and coordinating essential NDIS processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate client onboarding including intake paperwork, service agreements, and consent forms.
Manage spreadsheets and systems to track NDIS funding, service usage, and report due dates.
Liaise with plan managers, support coordinators, and participants to ensure smooth communication.
Submit service bookings via PRODA and assist with invoicing processes.
Monitor NDIS pricing updates and ensure internal documentation is audit-ready.
Assist clinicians with formatting and submitting reports, functional assessments, and support plans.
Maintain organised digital filing systems, shared drives, and client management records.
About You:
Strong administrative or office coordination experience.
High attention to detail and confidence working with spreadsheets and digital systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
Interest in learning the NDIS framework (or existing knowledge highly valued).
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
Highly Regarded:
Experience in an NDIS, allied health, or healthcare setting.
Familiarity with PRODA, plan managers, and service bookings.
Comfortable working with sensitive information and supporting vulnerable clients.
What We Offer:
Supportive, down-to-earth team environment
Opportunities for training and professional development
A role with purpose that directly supports better outcomes for people with disabilities
Flexibility for the right candidate in terms of start date and schedule
