The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for an experienced and motivated National Training Manager to lead and direct training strategies and curriculum across multiple regions and divisions. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to our Dealer Channel, Distributors, Customers, and internal personnel across technical, sales, marketing, service, parts, and operations domains.


As National Training Manager, you will:


Lead the development and execution of training strategies across multiple regions and divisions, aligning with business goals.
Oversee curriculum design and delivery for dealers, distributors, customers, and internal teams across technical, sales, service, and operations.
Manage training logistics including course planning, delivery methods, facilities, and enrolments.
Collaborate with global and regional training teams to enhance content and promote John Deere University programs.
Engage with industry and government bodies to ensure compliance with vocational and licensing standards in AU/NZ.
Drive special projects to support global curriculum development and dealer capability uplift.
Manage training budgets and consigned product inventory.
Ensure WHS compliance for all training activities and field demonstrations.

The role involves domestic travel of up to 25%, across Australia and New Zealand.
