Our team is growing, we are currently recruiting for a motivated Office Administration Coordinator to join our team in our Perth office. The role is a permanent full-time position, an immediate start available.


About the role

Act as the primary point of contact for the office and provide a welcoming atmosphere for employees, clients and suppliers.
Operate the main switchboard and answer all incoming calls.
Coordinate couriers, ensuring timely and efficient processing, and take receipt of incoming deliveries.
Coordinate maintenance issues with suppliers and building management
Ordering of stationary, PPE and office supplies.
Support the executive team for various administration tasks when required.
Maintain reception area and all office environments cleaned, organized and well stocked.
Support project teams by assisting with site enquiries, expediting, engineering and procurement. This includes the completion of purchase orders for travel and other project related expenses when required.
Communicate with relevant departments to ensure that project requirements are met
Deliver a seamless onboarding experience, welcoming new starters and conducting building inductions.
Keeping internal databases updated
Collating and formatting documents
Manage meeting minutes
Assist in coordinating social club activities when required.
About you

Strong verbal & written communication skills.

Efficient multitasking and prioritising skills.
Proficient Microsoft Office skills.
Self motivated with a track record of success working autonomously.
Minimum 2 years prior experience in an administration/reception-based role preferable.
