Job Description
Full time position based in our office in Chiswick, London.
We are looking for someone to come on board as a highly organised and dependable administrative assistant to work primarily on administration for our performance travel programmes.
The role requires strong communication and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in working across multiple parts of a project at the same time, feel comfortable to work independently on allocated tasks, whilst also working closely as part of a small close knit team.
Requirements:
■ Ability to use business software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
■ Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
■ Strong organisational skills
■ Strong interpersonal skills
■ Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally
■ Ability to work alone and as a productive member of the team

Responsibilities:
■ Provide administrative support to all team members when necessary
■ Liaise with suppliers and customers
■ Answer and direct phone calls, taking and passing on messages accurately
■ Draft and send standard emails and letters
■ Organise and carry out electronic filing, hard copy filing and photocopying
■ Sorting and scanning of mail, invoices and other documentation
■ Data entry and checking
Skills & Experience:
■ 2 years+ administrative experience
■ Excellent written English
■ Excellent attention to detail
■ Excellent time management
■ Excellent organisational skills
■ Methodical, meticulous & structured approach to everyday tasks
■ Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize and work to tight deadlines

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
