Note : Preferred Male candidates.

Exp : Minimum 2 to 3 years.

Job Location : Indiranagar Bangalore.

Note : Mode of Interview is Face to Face Interview.

JD:

HR Administrator Responsibilities:

Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
Maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing and filing company documentation.
Communicating with recruiters and other external parties.
Proven experience in Administration.
Handling Petty cash and Stationary items.
Filing Labour related documents along with Audit documents.
Registration of ESIC and PF for New Joining.
Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
Sound knowledge of labor laws and practices.
The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Should be Ready to Travel to client places.
Good in Administration.
Must have to coordinate for ID card Issue,must calculate PF,ESIC.
Should Maintain the Employee Data.
Should be able to give the Joining Kit,SIM Cards,Recharge,Laptop Allocation,Recovery.
