Office Administrator

💰 $4,200 - $6,720 (Est.) 📍 Fremantle 🕐 5 days ago

Job Description

Hey! We’re Dilate, a Digital Marketing Agency with pretty ambitious growth plans and we’re looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team.

We’ve slipped under the radar for some time, but we’re one of Perth’s biggest agencies with an impressive, diverse client list and a world-class, global team. We are focused on being better everyday and creating a workplace worthy of our people's time.

It’s our mission to do great marketing, for great businesses, ethically and in a way that benefits us all. We want our clients to win, their customers to win, and our employees to win.

We’re looking for someone that wants to be part of that growth—meaning someone that’s keen to think outside the box, and wants to actively be part of improving the way we do things, every day. We want your ideas, your input and your enthusiasm.

Maybe you’re looking for a change, or looking for the next step in your career. Maybe you’re just looking for a place that really gets you, and wants to see you succeed.

You'll be the person that makes the magic happen. The person that keeps the office running smoother than silk, and ensures the milk never runs out. The first-face of Dilate that every new lead, prospect or walk-in will see. You’ll capture what it means to work with our company, and get people excited to come back.

You’ll be the problem fixer and the problem preventer, the legend that keeps the machine well oiled and running smooth. Organising events, ensuring people are happy and have everything they need to do great work.

We’re looking for someone that takes pride in running an operation so smoothly it would make an SAS team jealous. We’re looking for someone that wants to be part of the best team in marketing, to make an impact, and get started on a ripper journey.

So, the job.

Keep the office looking schmick. Whether that’s chasing up a contractor to sort out a problem, or rolling up your sleeves and taking care of a quick job that just needs doing.
Making sure there’s always plenty of milk and Mac’s to go around. There’s two things this office runs on, coffee and computers.
Keeping the people happy. We’ve got strong cultural processes to ensure team happiness and everyone's feeling heard, supported and challenged. You’ll be facilitating these processes!
Answer the phone and inbound support emails. Being quick to answer with impeccable phone manners leaves a great impression, and that’s what we’re looking for.
Proactively preparing the office for new recruits, meetings, training sessions and events.
Maintaining the digital access levels, software subscriptions and vendor partnerships.

You

Genuinely have a passion for organisation, creating culture and helping people.
Have super strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills, with great time management and attention to detail too.
Are a smooth operator, always thinking ahead and being proactive in ensuring a great environment, but also fast to react when things need attention.
Aren’t afraid to get stuck in and help out with things that maybe aren’t in your usual scope of responsibility. Think ad-hoc team support for the video & socials team, or evaluating the option for a team training session.

Why Dilate?

At Dilate, you’ll be making a real impact. The businesses we work with, genuinely succeed. Performance is in our DNA, and we know how to get sht done.
Leadership that’s focussed on your success, and giving you real career progression.
Ongoing training, including opportunity for paid training, professional development and more.
Support, in the professional, mental and social sense. We back our people 100%, and are flexible and compassionate when you need it.
Dilate’s the most comfortable place you’ll ever be uncomfortable. We want you to push yourself, and push what’s possible—and we’ve always got your back.
We strive to be “better everyday”, a philosophy that permeates everything we do.

Please note this is not a remote position and we need you based in Perth, WA to be able to make the magic happen in this role.

If this sounds like you, tell us. Please attach a cover letter, so we know you’re serious. We’re looking for people that want it, get it, and have the capacity to do it—tell us why that’s you!
