About the Company –

We are currently seeking experienced sales, marketing administration assistant to join our team here at All Cranes – Sales and Hire divisions.

About the Role-

Maintain website, social media, advertising platforms and other marketing channels

Create video content for advertising and social media

Adapt photographic images and apply branding to website listings

Vehicle registrations and registration transfers

Issuing sales & rental agreements / contracts, invoicing, PPSR validations

Responding to emails, prepare quotes and follow up quotes

Assist administration with phone and email sales enquiries

Providing backup support for other roles within the team as required

About you-

The ideal candidate will have –

A customer focused approach, committed to providing exceptional customer service

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal, the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communications style depending upon the audience

Initiative and resourcefulness with problem solving

Ability to self-motivate whilst following processes and procedures

Ability to work efficiently and effectively both in the team and independently and/or unsupervised

Time management, attention to detail and organisational skills to accomplish objectives efficiently

Intermediate proficiency with the MS Office suite, Photoshop, Premier Rush with knowledge of Hubspot CRM highly regarded but not essential

Must have a current driver’s licence

We are looking for a team member with a friendly and helpful manner and a positive, proactive approach to your work
