Job Description

Objectives of this Role
· Maintain constant communication with management, staff, Wipro GE and customers to ensure proper operations of the organization
· Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
· Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
· Ensure and conduct operational activities remain on time and within a defined performance parameters.
· Track service calls, coordinate with field engineers to complete calls within defined performance parameters.
· Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
· Maintain High levels of Customer Satisfaction and NPS.
Job Responsibilities
· Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including customer problem resolution.
· Manage timely data collection to update operations metrics to achieve performance matrix targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service
· Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the proprietary tools and systems
· Work closely with all concerned to make sure activities remain compliant
· Oversee customer calls, materials and inventory management
· Coordinate with field engineers for faster resolution of customer complaints and closure of them in SIEBEL.
· Interact with customers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
· Lead, Plan, support and monitor service sales team to help them achieve their sales and collection targets.
. Attend and Present various performance data in meetings.
Skills and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
· 2+ years’ proven experience in backend operations.
· Good command over English writing, Gmail and other near tools.
· Excellent ability to manage responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
· Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
· Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
