Our client in the manufacturing industry is needing a new Office Administrator! The ideal office administrator is outgoing, a true team player, has great communication skills, and pays attention to detail when inputting data. Any accounting skills are also a huge plus!
Tasks/Responsibilities
• Answering phones at Reception Desk
• Daily remote bank deposits
• Stocking and ordering office supplies/inventory
• Data Entry
• Order team lunches for events and meetings (Very basic event planning)

• 1+ year of experience in a similar role

Details
Schedule: 7:30-4:00 or 8:00-4:30 M-F 40 hours a week
Background/Drug Screen: Must be able to pass both (will test for THC!)
Attire: Business Casual: nice jeans (no holes), slacks, appropriate top, or blouse
Process: 1 virtual interview, 1 in-person interview
