** Office Administrator for Property Management Company
**Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/ Realtor Assitant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing administrative tasks, managing legal documents, and ensuring the smooth running of the office.
The Job also entails showing units to tenants and earning Commission when rented!
20 hours a week of administrative work + commission for rentals, units will be shown after these hours.
**Duties:**
- Supervise office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Utilize RentecDirect.com for financial record-keeping, budgeting, and expense tracking
- Handle vendor management and maintain professional relationships
- Lead and support team members in various administrative tasks
- Demonstrate excellent etiquette in all communications
- Assist with leases and contracts
- Handle and analyze bill paying
- Review Property violations
- Call utility company
- contact Section 8 agencies
**Requirements:**
- Excellent Spanish and English writing and communication skills
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to manage financial records
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Team management experience is preferred
- Exceptional communication skills
